It challenged kids to sit in a room with marshmallow and not eat it, having been promised the second one if they could resist. Those has succeeded ended up doing better across their whole schooling and earn more money over the course of their lives. Crazy. Now for your test, which doubles as a measure of how addicted you are to social media. It's two parts. First, stare at this screen for 45 seconds with no stimulation.
