Which sleep hacks actually work? There are some that are grounded in science, some in subjective supposition, and others in certified silliness. What's fascinating about this space is that because there's such a high ratio of humans that sleep to scientists that study sleep and funding available to study sleep interventions, it's possible that there are some sleep hacks that might genuinely work but have never been studied. Some might be based on science that we understand, but there's a lot that we still don't know. with the basics of what we do know based on high-quality science, and then move on towards helping you guys navigate some of the weirder recommendations. We'll start with things that don't cost money, and then move on towards evaluating which products might actually be worth trying, and how to test them for yourself.
