Could these save your life or that of a loved one? This could kill you. These are free. I'll show you how to get them and how to use them. We can learn from this euphoria clip. We're not hurting for customers. He prefers your prices. And what the f* you talk about? Quality control. Alamo insists we test everything. They're talking about drugs. A good drug dealer wants clean product because that means returning business. But let's say I'm a less good drug dealer who wants to take the cheap route and make my products hit harder. 40 times stronger than heroin for a given amount, and 66 times stronger than oxycodone. They just need to add a little bit. So watch this. The largest oxycodone pill will give a 30 milligram dose. That's this much active ingredient. Let's say I want to add fentanyl to make it hit twice as hard or replace that active entirely. That would take around half a milligram, or maybe less. I can't even measure that properly on this scale because the sensitivity drops off close to 1 milligram. So let's say I'm trying to press 10 pills at once, to make it easier. add 5 milligrams. Of the good stuff. Let's try. Oops, I just killed 22 people. A lethal fentanyl dose is around 2 milligrams. Even if I manage to measure it properly, mixing powders is way harder than mixing liquid. Have you ever taken a bite of a homemade cookie and winced when you got a clump of baking soda or salt? Well, that same problem leads to highly variable amounts in each pill. And it's so easy to test strip. You add a tiny amount of powder along with around one teaspoon of water. Mix it up and then stick the test strip in the water. Dip the strip for around 15 seconds, then wait one to two minutes. Two lines means no fentanyl. My sugar is safe, which means my cookies are too. This is Narcan, the brand name for naloxone. If you think someone has an opiate overdose, try to wake them up and check for these symptoms. If they have them, call 911 and administer the naloxone by putting this in their nose and squeezing. Naloxone works by blocking the opiate receptors, reversing the effects of the overdose. It does nothing if they haven't taken any opioids. So better safe than sorry. I'm not here to judge your lifestyle. We can talk about the various mechanisms and safety profiles of various substances in another video. But we cannot stigmatize having and knowing how to use these. You can order them for free at mattersnetwork.org.

Additional notes

A dear friend of mine lost a sister to fentanyl contamination. This is something that is extremely important for people to know about and be prepared for. I bet the algorithm will hide this due to the words being used, so please share! Thousands die every month due to drug overdoses man, Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid first made in a lab in the (PMID: 1517629) as a surgical anaesthetic and it’s still widely used in hospitals, but with CAREFUL dosing and monitoring, because too much and it can slow or stop your breathing. Opioid receptors in brainstem breathing circuits get activated too strongly, so the body’s automatic drive to breathe gets suppressed. The lethal part is NOT the high, and “stronger” doesn’t mean “more intense.” It means “less substance is required to achieve the same effect. Morphine, heroin, and fentanyl all activate the mu-opioid receptor, which reduces pain but also suppresses breathing. Fentanyl is much more lipophilic, meaning it dissolves into fatty tissues and membranes more easily, so it crosses the blood–brain barrier quickly and reaches brain opioid receptors efficiently *in reality, fentanyl has highly variable oral bioavailability, another reason why it’s such a terrible idea to use it in pills. Two milligrams of fentanyl can be lethal depending on a person’s body size, tolerance and past usage. DEA analysis has found counterfeit pills ranging from .02 to 5.1 milligrams (more than twice the lethal dose) of fentanyl per tablet. - 42% of pills tested for fentanyl contained at least 2 mg of fentanyl, considered a potentially lethal dose.
